Brickworkz Coming to First Fridays!

I was invited by Renovation Resources to display some Brickworkz LEGO mosaic art for the First Fridays Artwalk. The Artwalk is great exposure for Richmond artists. I have looked forward to this moment for quite some time!

The First Fridays Artwalk is a cultural event showcasing Richmond Virginia's thriving arts community, focusing on the diverse arts and cultural venues located along the Historic Broad Street Corridor. First Fridays is held on the first Friday of each month, rain or shine, generally between 6:00 – 10:00 pm.

If you've never been, First Fridays is basically a sidewalk party where the wine flows and instead of bar hopping, people gallery-hop. It's a lot of fun. On display will be "Baby Mia," "Richmond: River City," "Travellin' Man" and the newest project from Brickworkz, "Cash." Old favorites "Smile!" (on loan from Wendy Owens) as well as "The Pollards" (on loan from Jeff and Olivia Pollard) will be there too!
