Everyone's favorite trash compactor made it to the big screen this past July.
Prior to Wall-E's debut in the movies, I created this Wall-E design for the NFCC Disneyana show, where some AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO) put him on display in Anaheim, California.
This was a fun piece of Lego art to build, since it was first done in grayscale, then I went over certain areas with transparent yellow, to create multiple shades of yellow from a distance. The result is an adorable blend that makes Wall-E’s character come through- all using Lego.
