October 2006 - Created a "Print this page" script for upcoming content push

August 2006 - MAJOR rennovations!

  1. I ditched the "examplez" page because that and the "gallery" page seemed redundant.
  2. I implemented a slick lil' javascript photo gallery that makes my portfolio POP! The downside to implementation was removing/URL forwarding all of the pre-existing pages for each individual mosaic.
  3. Wrote a review of Brickfest 2006
  4. The "events" area is new to the "gallery" page.
  5. Created time-lapse video of River City, a newly completed mosaic.
  6. Watermarked every image on the site
  7. "about us" and "clients" areas have new content.
  8. designed a site map page, a buttons and banners page
  9. Rennovated the "How it workz" section

July 2006 - The site went through another revision, with updated content, new LEGO examples from recent commissioned mosaics and more.

June 2006 - More site updates and new content, with more of a personal feel than a corporate one. Write-ups on each portfolio item within the LEGO mosaic "ExampleZ" gallery are complete, and the "how it workz" section and "about Brickworkz" are now fully detailed.

February 2006 - A redesign of the blog site becomes more of a corporate site and less of a personal weblog. The new site is designed to correspond with Brickworkz marketing materials and the branding image Brian created for Brickworkz LLC. The site is divided into not only examples of previous mosaics, but an explanation of the process, as well as a client demo and news area. Preparation for this site took several weeks and the design, like most projects, is ongoing.

January 2006 - The domain for Brickworkz.com was purchased and initially pointed to my LEGO mosaic blog, a sub-section of my main blog.
